The 1,000 Smiles Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on care of the less fortunate children in Mexico who suffer from lack of dental care and from maxillo-facial deformities such as cleft palate.

It really does take a village to raise a TSF child. Many thanks to all our wonderful volunteers for another successful clinic. There were 14 surgeries accomplished and over 100 dental patients treated in two days! At the Friday evening volunteer dinner, a plaque was presented to the Old Mission Rotary Club for their years of support to the Foundation, and another successful spring fundraiser. Pictured in the photo are Past TSF President, Joe Mintz and Secretary Kim Muslusky who served on the fundraising committee, new TSF President Dr. Dave Irwin, and Hugh Kramer, member of TSF Board and Old Mission Rotary.

Luis is a long time Thousand Smiles patient who came to us as a cleft baby. Today he is 24 years old, with a family of his own. He holds a job and goes to college part time. What a testament to the dedication of the TSF volunteers!
