This package includes the installation of Unique Light Systems Fixtures
and transformer as follows : (9) WELL fixtures,  (9) PATH fixtures and (3) WASH fixtures, 500 feet of 12-2 cable, up to (6) hubs and an 1120 multi tap transformer mounted on the exterior of house/garage.

All fixtures and transformer come with a manufacturers LIFE TIME
warranty. Labor warranty is for (1) year and bulb warranty is (2) years
based on a 6 hour per night use.

All trunk lines to be 12-2 direct burial (min. 6″ depth). These are the main
lines running from transformer to HUB. All fixtures to be wired into the HUB
system. Install approx. (6) HUBS connecting all fixture leads above ground
using specialized protective connectors to keep wires safe from wicking.

All HUBS are tested and trunk lines are connected to the proper tap so that
all HUBS read the proper voltage of 11.3 - 12.2 volts at HUB location.

The transformer installed will allow for additional lights in the future.

Provide an “AS BUILT” plan of project showing approximate transformer,
wire, HUB and fixture locations.
Each HUB to have a laminated wire spec sheet showing number of that HUB,
what fixtures used, feet of trunk wire to the hub, what bulb is in that fixture,
How many watts at that HUB, What tap the trunk wire is connected to at the transformer and trunk wires color coded to ID all trunk wires at transformer.
